Started in R.E. investing about 5 yrs. ago. Since that time, I've accumulated 13 pptys/29 units in 5 cities in 3 states with estimated FMV of about $2.5M. Recently ended an elementary level teaching career, now turning to full-time R.E. investing. Switching from a buy-and-hold strategy to rehab/flip with a goal of completing 2 projects in the next 9-12 months. Also actively working on joint venture deals and seeking passive investors interested in creating &/or tapping Self-Directed IRAs.
