Real Estate Experience

My personal real estate experience is founded in the DC, Maryland, & Virginia market(s). Currently my portfolio is loosely focused on the acquisition of residential properties within my local market. By years end, I hoped to have established the contacts necessary to invest in the Southern Californian real estate market.

I entered the industry of real estate first as an appraiser, next as an inactive salesperson, and finally as an investor. Due to my background I have a good idea of how to value properties.

Real Estate Goals

* Develop Class A Office buildings and business parks.
* Grow my commercial portfolio to 6,000 doors.
* Explore opportunities for growth in emerging markets overseas.
* Redistribute 10% of the earnings of my companies back into the community.
