I buy and sell real estate all over Indiana. I am not a realtor. I'm looking to network with other investors who buy income properties throughout the midwest. I have an old harley davidson...wait. Let me me say that again... I have a beautiful wife, and old harley, 2 dogs, and more mortgages than I care to think about.

Real Estate Experience

Like many of you, I have trusted way too many people, paid too much for properties, and I have more tenant stories than I care to share.

I don't sell real estate junk. I have no get rich quick schemes.

I'm looking to be a one stop source for people looking to buy income property in the midwest, especially Indiana. We have thousands of income properties, a strong state government, and a growing economy.

Most of my apartment homes rent for $580/mo for a 1 BR, and $650/mo for a 2 BR. In Indiana, you can easily find these properties for 20K per unit. Crazy huh?
