Barb Dearing
Real Estate Investor

In my own words...
I'm in business development for KBKG, a leading national cost segregation firm. As a private investor, I bought a $1Million multi-tenant commercial office building in 2000 and still own and manage it. Bought a single-tenant NNN industrial property in 2007. I'm currently considering multi-family investments, which seem less risky than office these days. Still looking for the right deal.
