I'm a full-time auctioneer who's been in the business for 6 years. I work with many investors that want to sell their properties quickly for a fair price. I'm not a real-estate investor but I do consult with them. I work with investors and realtors. If a realtor cannot sell a listing I'm a good option as well. Real Estate Goals

To continue to grow my business helping investors and realtors. I would like eventually to pursue franchising my business by July 2008.

My goal is auction 40 residential single-family homes, 5 commercial deals, and do 2 auction portfolio auctions for investors.
