In my own words...

I am a Licensed Mortgage Broker getting ready to explore the wide world of Real Estate Investing. I have closed both Residential and Commercial loans but my primary focus is Residential Lending.

I am reading, studying and learning for now. I know I need to NIKE (just do it) but I want to make sure my t's are crossed and my i's are dotted. I can't afford to lose at this!
