Managing Partner/Owner of Nosnom Holdings, LLC in Cenral MN. Focuses on acquisition of residential and commercial properties described as distressed. Primay markets are Central Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota. Primarily use Lease Option, Subject To, and Owner Financing to limit investor risk and maximize profits.

Real Estate Experience

Extensive experience in "opportunity" investing. I got started picking up great deals from distressed developers and wholesaling the properties to investors. I eventually wanted to try my hand in "fix and flip" real estate, and still do a few rehab properties when a good deal is available. My focus lately has been minimum risk pre foreclosure acquisitions.

Real Estate Goals

Immediate goals include expansion into the Orlando / Tampa / Minneapolis markets. Long term goals include retirement before the age of 35!
