How has that worked for you? about our market here, Short sales do work, its just hard negotiating with the banks and making sure you do miss a single deadline. I know that investors are having alot of struggles because of the feds tighting up on investment loans, but we can go out of the us for that now. With all of the forclosures, no one seems to be thinking the the displaced homeowners need a place to live. Renting singles and mulitables is the way to go I think. The displaced will stay until the can afford to buy again, and thats great for us the agents if we do our jobs and keep them up to date on the real estate market. Dont you agree? I would like to find investors who are looking for apartment buildings, or buying several mulit-familys. Im enjoy investments very much.
