In my own words...

My fiance and I are going to make a good life for our family. Right now he works in a factory and I stay at home with our two children. Real Estate is exciting and is the most practical field to meet our needs. We have completely emmersed ourselves in all things real estate and welcome any suggestions. Our company is Noramir Real Estate. We specialize in wholesaling and eventually plan to branch out into rentals and rehabbing. We will keep you posted on our progress.

Real Estate Experience

I learned the Millionaire Mindset Collection by Dwan Bent Twyford. I have no real estate experience. I and my fiance have watched every episode of property ladder, flip that house, and almost every other real estate show on t.v. This gives us no experience but we have an idea of what can be expected.

Real Estate Goals

My fiance and I plan on wholesaling properties until we have enough capital to rehab and invest in rentals. This year our goal is to wholesale as many properties as possible.
