In my own words...

My background stems from a combination of urban planning and real estate investment, where I have tailored my niche into working with investors find upswing locations as well as working with prospective home buyers/sellers on effective price placement/targeting.







I have lived in Birmingham for nearly 30 years but currently reside in Pleasant Ridge w/ my fiance Jamie. I ahve an education in Urban Planning where, in graduate school, I focused on the relationship between public policy and the housing market. Prior to coming to consulting in Real Estate, I worked in the private Urban Planning consulting business where I was involved in the creation of Master Plans and Zoning Ordinances for Cities within the Detroit Metro area.







I feel it is very important to understand all outside influences that effect the housing market and to inform buyers/sellers with the idea of maximizing their potential.
