I have been an active Real Estate Investor for many years. In the past, I have owned both a Mortgage Company and Real Estate Company and have been involved in hundreds and hundreds of Real Estate transactions.

I am an active buyer of both Residential and Multi Family properties in Oregon & Washington. I have experience in a variety of deal structuring methods and I am always looking for my next deal. I do Pre-Foreclosures, NOD’s, REO’s, Subject To (sub-to) Lease Options, Rehabs etc.

In December of 2006 I made the plunge into Real Estate Investing on a full time basis. I have my first full year under my belt, and look forward to continuing to build my company over the years to come.
