quick tip to increase occupancy!

A fast, easy, and cheap way to increase occupancy: Have a pack and play.  It allows you to "check the box" for crib/baby items.  They are under $100 and the logic here is for guests traveling with children and are using the filters, you are at a disadvantage without one.  Even if your unit is not frequented by families often, if it brings in one extra booking per year it is well worth it!

That goes for any and all amenities that you can add to allow you check more boxes.
