Hey everyone - I was looking around Google Trends today and came across this graph, showing the dramatic decline in those searching the internet for "Real Estate Investing."

What do you think this means for the industry or for you, personally? What do you think are the causes? Please share your thoughts below. I find this fascinating.

    Sounds like a good thing to me...less people searching = more inventory to choose from
