Location: The kiosk is located on a military air force base. (Patrick AFB) This location is the only wireless store that is allowed on the entire base.

Rent: There is no set rent due, the rent is based on a percentage of your sales. For every new activation you pay $25, for every add-a-line or upgrade you pay $10. Now as for accessories you only 10 percent of the retail amount. Over the past twelve months I have only paid $6,200 in rent.

Employees: There are two employees that run the store. One full time employee that works Monday thru Friday, 40 hours a week. This employee is the booth manager, and gets paid $8 an hour plus commission. The other employee only works Saturday and Sunday. This employee is paid $7 an hour plus commission. Both employees will remain with the new owner.

Assets: The store is a self contained oak wood kiosk. It comes with two Gateway computers, two Gateway LCD screens. It has an all in one printer/fax/scanner, cash box, two A-frame signs, broadband display with a two month old laptop, and over $15k in inventory.

Phone Activations: The store sells Sprint, Nextel, and a ton of accessories. The store averages about 35-50 phone activations per month. It has a 25% new activations, and 75% upgrades or add-a-lines.

Overhead: The overhead to run this business is very low. Here is a list of items, and the amounts. Brighthouse (internet) $100, AT&T (credit card line) $30, Teletracker (POS) $80, Payroll Fee $130, Payroll $2,000, Vonage (phone and fax line) $65, Insurance $100, Merchant fee (credit card processing) $25. Which brings a total of $2,530, plus rent.

Income: This store net’s me on average $3-$4k a month with being an absentee owner.

Selling: The reason I’m selling this store is due to another business venture.
