I had this idea about using door hangers as opposed to postcards. Has anybody had any luck using door hangers for short sale leads?

This is what I have word for word-

"Hello,

I want to buy your house this week.
As is OK. We have
$ Cash $
Please call me ASAP.

Lafi

Phone Number"

I hand wrote the letter and made copies through my printer. My printer is not the most advanced in the world so it jammed up a few times b/c the paper was so small, but it was worth it.

I would pull the lispendens list for a specific area and I put out 20-30 a day.(my goal is to do 50 a day for next year)
