I'm going to go & look at a small house today & was looking for a simple check list to go buy. Any one have one or know where I can download one from?

Here's one I made when I was first getting started. I don't use it much anymore because most of the time I'm just going to quickly eyeball the property to make a quick offer. If they come back and there's a chance it might close then I go back through with the list.
