Real Estate agents Gatekeepers

As an investor and wholesaler I am running into bit of an issue . I have been looking at properties sitting on the market for 45- 120days and some of the realtors seem to not care. In many cases I think that the seller is completely unaware that offers are being made on the property. I thought about presenting a JV opportunity to some of the agents as a solution to this problem. However I am still exploring other strategies to work with realtors rather than to take the antagonist approach. Any who if any one has any ideas or suggestions that work please feel free to comment.

I'm sure the sellers are aware of your offer if you made one. You want them to not ignore you? Then don't make a lowball offer.

is it a low ball offer if the property has been sitting on the market greater than 60 days. Isnt the objective is to help them sell the property ?

@Jacolby Tillman

if you're trying to wholesale i'd focus on off market

or for on market, just buy, close, and then improve and sell
