Hello everyone. Im a fairly new player in the RE market.

My partner/friend and I have been living in our first property (a condo) for two years now and are now about to buy our second. We are both pretty excited about it.

It's always good to welcome a fellow Texan.

The forum can be a great source of free information and knowledge for you. Check out some of the articles at the top and down the left side of the forum. Scrolling through some of the past forums in subjects you are interested in can provide a lot of insight, also.

I like it. You are already asking some good questions in your other post.

Welcome to an exceptional forum. You will no doubt benefit and grow by being here.

Just wanting to help you see every advantage while you are here in Dallas. You could attend a live forum (not related to the website you are now on). Every month on the first Thursday of the month there is a Real Estate Investors Club that meets at the Double Tree Hotel at Midway and LBJ. They start at 7 pm. You will be AMAZED at the enormity of this club and the hands on training available there.

Welcome to the forums, Jose.

I've been a member for about 3 days and have already gained a tremendous wealth of information. I feel bad leeching info off of others w/o being able to offer much of my own, but if someone touches on something i feel confident in, no doubt will i jump in to help out. This is a great site, and i'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as i am.
