Hello everyone,
Newly-minted licensee here, with a keen desire to make lots of money as an investor and working with investors. I've worked a bit with family, and just today managed to lease a property for 38% over our PITI, which apparently isn't that good (based on what I was reading in these forums, LOL!) I obviously have a lot to learn, and look forward to networking and being a part of this online community.

Welcome to Bigger Pockets. 38% is not bad at all for a beginner and I wouldn't shrug it off at all! The key is that you are doing it!

I love the Plano/Allen area just north of DFW.

I look forward to some of your postings here on Bigger Pockets. They key is to stay involved!

Welcome to the site....38% is not bad at all, especially since you are still learning the game.

Be thankful you are not like many new folks who end up with negative cash flow.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I'm really happy with the 38% deal, it's actually the best we've ever managed. I see a lot of people hurting out there so I am thankful this deal has worked out well.
