My friend lance suggested I check this site out and so far i'm lovin it like Mcdonalds! I am just beginning in real estate investing and hope to have a couple of deals under my belt by the end of the year.

I am trying to decide if the McD analogy is a compliment or a bust.

Seeing as Mickey D's is the leader in their industry, has top of mind awareness, sends their managers to Hamburger University for great training, and generally has a good product at a resonable price in extremely fast time.... I will take the analogy as a compliment.

Do you know what type of investing you want to do?

Well at the moment i believe i want to start out with a strategy that doesn't involve a lot of money because that is something i am lacking. I hoping that my friend Lance from California and i could find some people to fund some of our deals. Wholesaling and probate are on the list for now

Hey everyone,

I want to get started in REI, but where do i begin? I want to network with people out here in Las Vegas, where are some good REI clubs i can check out? If anyone could help point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated. And if your looking for an apprentice or just want to partner up thats fine with me too i am willing and able to learn
