Hi. I am fascinated with this forum.

Long and Short:

Currently reside in WASH State near Vancouver.

Lic. Broker in CA and Wash.

Licensed General Contractor in Washington.

I have taken Alexis course at foreclosures[dot]com not the hands on course but the one that is sent in a binder for home study. Also, studied from others as well.

Welcome! I am new too, but I am really enjoying my stay so far. Many people here eager to help out! It's great. Ive actually been looking for this place since I started researching REI, finally found it!
