About our Speaker: Jay has been active in residential real estate since the late 1990s. At the top of the last real estate boom, Jay sold off the majority of his CA portfolio and purchased his wife’s dream home through a unique 1031 exchange involving 3 properties. Since the spring of 2009, Jay has been involved in multiple, strategic, real estate transactions including a joint venture fix-flip business, a buy-hold portfolio and accumulating non-performing junior liens. In addition, Jay is currently researching mobile home parks to purchase and other real estate money-makers like laundromats.
