Creative deal options

Hi all. Wanted to ask for some advice. TLDR is I got laid off and my financing fell through because of it. I am trying to creatively put together a deal and still make it happen. I was thinking subject to or some sort of lease to own but have done neither.

Anyone open to ideas. Consult?
thanks

    Gabriel,
Your "ask" or stated case is extremely vague.  The more you are able to illustrate the salient points of a deal, the more folks will be able to weigh in, offer advice or even connect with you on an opportunity.
    Does that make sense?
    Did that help?
    Mike
