Hey everybody. Can anyone recommend a commercial loan broker in southern CA? I'm trying to find someone with experience in locating loans for large apartment buildings. I found some direct lenders, but I'd really prefer someone who has access to many sources, like national and local lenders, conduits, etc. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
A broker as myself can bring alot to the table.
We work with all of the major institutions (Which are mostly shuttered due to the resi fallout) however a good broker has a sophisticated Rolodex and contacts in private circles such as Hedge Fund Managers, and Real Estate Investment Trust Managers, not to mention the private lenders that will only deal with brokers.
Commercial Lending / 80% / 620 FICO / STATED / INVESTOR...is one example of our capabilities.
If you still need help finding funding please let me know. We serve as brokers for private money sources including trust fund managers, a few hedge funds, as well as several direct lenders that perfer placement through brokers.
