8% Interest!

I have plenty of homes for sale with lots of potential profit waiting for investors to fund.  I started a couple of companies that work together in locating property, rehabbing property and selling the property on the open market!  The one thing I am missing is the money to buy more!  Is there anyone out there with cash, 401k, IRA, Roth or HSA that can stand to earn 8% interest annually backed by property?  I know a Financial Guru here that is helping people get 8% interest guaranteed!  The Funds will be stretched out over several performing properties so if one is not performing the others make up the difference.  Nice program!  If you know anyone that is looking to get this 8% interest please have them contact me at [email protected] or if someone wants to look at some of the properties we have ready to be baught and rehabbed send me an email.
