PM needed to address POS violations
Hello BP community,
I am under contract in Euclid, OH and need to address POS violations. Is there any PM that can give an estimate for the rehab and manage this property once all is set and done? Thank you.
What are the violations. ??
Send them to me.
Contractor knows what prices they will cost.
Do this first before PM.
Then find PM.
If you're working with Realtor have them research PM and earn that comish!!

I might too late to help you on this, but I agree with David's comments. If you are still in need, PM me. I am familiar with the area (as a matter of fact, I just bought a building that I am renovating 5 minutes from Euclid).
