Has anyone heard of their spreadsheets? it looks legit but wanted to hear from other people as well.

I'm looking for a recommendation for a good spreadsheet for multifamily. (not online calculator)

Go to etsy and search the real estate spreadsheets. You can find hundreds, most of them are less than $10 each. They have reviews, screenshots, explanation videos, reviews, etc.
